Happy Together Learning For Life
We have had fun today using our woodwork skills to decorate a pumpkin. We were all so sensible and listened carefully to our teachers. We are creative contributors!
Dosbarth Rainbowfish were so lucky today to have their first family visit with Baby Lewy! π
We explored all the different toys he liked to play with, how we knew he was happy and we even tried some leg exercises with him. He was so well behaved and the children loved having him in class. We cannot wait for next time! ππΆπ½
The children are loving trying out the trumpet!!
Shwmae day allowed us to investigate Cynefin. We made Welsh cakes, discussed what is means to be Welsh, recreated Welsh castles in the block play and even practised our sewing skills to make a Shwmae flag! We are healthy confident individuals and creative contributors!
We had lots of fun making bread as part of STEM, we planted, engineered items that would help the farmer plant seeds, watched what happened to the dough. #ambitiouscapablelearners
So much fun today, first time using the Spheros on our own map of Pantside! We showed off all out technology skills as a part of our STEM Friday π©΅π
Dosbarth Penguins enjoyed celebrating Diwrnod Shwmae by creating some lovely welsh art work.
A lovely Parents Open Morning today, so lovely to see children’s faces while showing mums and dads around!
Along with a fabulous treat, a visit from Claire Donald a local author who read to all our classes her wonderful stories and also spoke to parents about the importance of reading and ways in which we can support them! π ππ
A wonderful Parents Open Morning today, so lovely to see children’s faces beam while showing mums and dads around!

Today Sharks met with Claire Donald, a published author! Claire read two books to our class; Mother Earth Weeping and The Fantastical Tale of Gareth Bale. Mother Earth Weeping reminded us we have a voice and we can take action now to save the planet. The Fantastical Tale about Gareth Bale reminded us how he has promoted Wales around the world and all of the charity work he does. Claire took the time to answer our very inquisitive questions and inspired a few to pursue to be an author! Diolch Claire for a fantastic visit.
