Pantside Primary School
Happy Together Learning For Life
On Tuesday some children from our Criw Cymraeg were chosen to represent Pantside Primary School in Newbridge Comp for our first Welsh Criw Cymraeg Cluster Day!! They were fantastic - they presented information, organised a Welsh competition and even played some Welsh games!
Today Criw Cymraeg we’re invited to watch a Welsh performance of Beauty and the Beast, performed by pupils from Ysgol Cwm Gwyddon. Our Criw Cymraeg from years 1, 2 and 3 represented the school at Newbridge Memo. They all thoroughly enjoyed the show! Diolch Cwm Gwyddon- roeddech chi’n ffantastig!
We have caterpillars in Dosbarth Turtles this half-term. We are thoroughly enjoying watching them grow and change. We made a life cycle of a butterfly using pasta shapes to represent the caterpillar changing and we created our own animation of the life cycle. We are creative contributors!
This week we have been learning how to measure volume. We have undertaken lots of practical tasks in order to build our confidence! We are ambitious, capable learners.
Dosbarth Lobsters have been exploring our local landscape and how it might change if new houses are built.
Which material will make the best insulator? Dosbarth Lobsters are working hard to find out….!
