A lovely open morning for Dosbarth Rainbowfish today! It was lovely to see so many parents working with their children and completing some amazing art work and crafts for The Eisteddfod! π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ ΏπΌ
We had a wonderful open morning, painting in the style of Rhiannon Roberts, sewing Welsh emblems to make a landscape, handwriting and making Welsh artefacts from play dough and Lego.
Thankyou to everyone who came to our open morning! We hope you had as much fun as we did!
Sharks had lots of fun exploring wheels and axles. Firstly, they went to find wheels in action, looking how they work and evaluating designs. Next, Sharks experimented with different types of wheels and axles. Next week we will be looking at using a motor to power the movement.
We had a fantastic trip to Caldicot Castle, we explored the castle and found out how to attack and defend. Preparing a banquet for a Lord and Lady was lots of fun!
A fabulous time had by all doing Chinese food tasting, we tried noodles, rice, curry sauce, sweet and sour sauce and prawn crackers π π π π₯’
We welcomed our Roots of Empathy baby into our Shark family. We were discussing about crying and exploring how mum knows what the baby wants by her cry type. We had lots of fun with baby and enjoyed watching her rolling around. Sharks are looking forward to our third visit after half term.
